Mike Lista is our Intake & Marketing Lead, specializing in guiding clients through the intake process and driving the firm’s marketing efforts. Mike plays an integral role in the firm and is responsible for qualifying and assisting new clients, ensuring effective communication, and fostering strong client relationships. His approach is characterized by empathy, critical thinking, and active listening, which helps him address client needs with care and precision. 

Before joining the firm in 2023, Mike built a diverse career in education, private mortgage, and marketing. He spent nine years in special education, assisting with case management and developing plans for students with special needs. In 2018, he transitioned to the private mortgage industry, where he honed his skills in lead generation, digital marketing, and client relations.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Catholic University of America and an Elementary Education Certification from Cabrini University. His Jesuit education at St. Joseph’s Prep instilled in him a commitment to being “a person for others,” a philosophy that continues to guide his professional and personal life.

Looking ahead, Mike is dedicated to expanding his knowledge of civil law and refining his marketing strategies to effectively attract and retain clients. He remains committed to continuous learning and helping clients navigate their challenges with clarity and care.
