Julia Weber

Attorney

Julia Weber has been an associate attorney at Four Rivers Law Firm since May 2023, following her admission to the Florida Bar. She graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with a Juris Doctor degree in 2021, bringing a strong academic foundation and diverse work experience to her legal practice.  Throughout her legal career, Julia has focused on providing personalized legal counsel, with an emphasis on intellectual property. Her dedication to her clients and belief in delivering quality representation is what drew her to a smaller firm, where client care and individual case attention take precedence.

Julia’s legal expertise centers on intellectual property law, where she has gained extensive experience handling copyright, licensing, and other complex issues within the field. Her passion for intellectual property law was inspired by her work during law school, where she assisted in writing a music law casebook and interned at prominent organizations like National Public Radio and the National Music Publishers’ Association. This foundation was further strengthened during her clerkship at the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, where she conducted legal research, drafted orders and opinions, and managed case communications, providing her with a broad perspective on various legal matters.

With her exceptional writing skills, Julia’s approach to law is as much about crafting compelling legal arguments as it is about supporting her clients through difficult legal challenges. Her writing ability, refined through years of research and drafting at the U.S. District Court and Georgetown University Law Center, is one of her greatest strengths.

Julia is actively involved in the legal community. She is a member of the Florida Bar’s Entertainment, Arts, & Sports Law and Young Lawyers Sections. In addition to her legal work, Julia is a passionate musician and a native Italian speaker. Her experiences as a multi-instrumentalist, a former Division I rower at Duke University, and a rowing coach have shaped her strong work ethic and competitive spirit.

Julia’s ultimate goal is to continue making a meaningful impact on her clients’ lives. She remains dedicated to providing purpose-driven legal representation and is committed to helping people through every stage of their legal journeys, believing that her role as an attorney extends beyond legal victories to making meaningful differences for the people she represents.
